What's a good K/D on FACEIT? Average K/D, ADR and HS% by Elo
Average FACEIT CS2 stats by Elo from 356 players and 34,933 matches. The median player has a 1.04 K/D and 81.6 ADR. K/D barely rises with Elo until 3,500+, while HS% climbs from 47% to 56%.
“Is a 1.1 K/D good?” depends on who you're playing against. A 1.1 at 1,200 Elo and a 1.1 at 3,200 Elo are very different players. So instead of one number, here are the typical K/D, ADR and headshot percentage at each Elo range, from 34,933 real FACEIT CS2 matches.

Why K/D barely rises with Elo
From under 1,500 up to 3,499 Elo, the median K/D only moves from 1.02 to 1.07. That looks strange until you remember how matchmaking works. FACEIT matches you with players of roughly your own Elo, so your K/D measures you against your own level, not against everyone. A player sitting at a stable Elo wins about half their games and lands near 1.0 whatever that Elo is. To climb, you need to be above 1.0 at your current level for long enough.
The exception is the top. Players at 3,500 Elo and above had a median K/D of 1.18, an ADR of 90 and a win rate of 57.8%. There are few players at that level, so the best of them are often matched with people rated below them, and it shows.
What climbs instead: headshots
Headshot percentage is the one stat that rises steadily with Elo: from 47.2% below 1,500 to 56% at 3,500+. ADR stays around 80 across most of the range (79.4 to 82) and only jumps at the very top. Higher-rated players don't do much more damage per round against their own level, but more of their kills are headshots.
So what's a good K/D, ADR and HS% for you?
- K/D: above 1.0 is above average at your level. 68% of players were at 1.0 or better, and 1.2+ puts you in roughly the top 10% (1.22). Below 0.92 is the bottom 10%.
- ADR: the median player does about 82. Above 85 is above average almost anywhere below 3,500 Elo.
- HS%: 50 to 55% is normal for level 10. AWP players naturally sit lower, so compare with players in your role before you worry about it.
One more thing: your K/D depends on your teammates too. A griefer on your team costs you rounds and trades. Here's how to stop meeting the same one twice.

How we measured this
We took the current Elo of every player tracked with dodged.it on 28 September 2026 and pulled their last 100 CS2 matches from the FACEIT Data API. Players with fewer than 20 matches were left out, leaving 356 players and 34,933 matches. Each player's K/D is their total kills divided by total deaths over those matches; ADR, HS%, K/R and win rate are their per-match averages. The tables show the median player in each Elo range, so one outlier can't drag a group up or down. The chart's K/D line shows the middle half of players (25th to 75th percentile).
FAQ
What is a good K/D on FACEIT?
Anything above 1.0, meaning you get more kills than deaths against players at your own level. In our sample of 356 mostly level 10 players, the median K/D was 1.04, 68% were at 1.0 or above, and the top 10% were above 1.22.
What is the average K/D at level 10 on FACEIT?
Around 1.05. Players between 2,000 and 3,499 Elo had a median K/D of 1.02 to 1.07. It only rose clearly above that at 3,500 Elo and up, where the median was 1.18.
What is a good ADR on FACEIT?
The median player in our data averaged 81.6 damage per round, and that barely changed anywhere below 3,500 Elo (79 to 82). Players at 3,500+ Elo averaged 90. An ADR above 85 is above average at almost any level.
What is the average FACEIT Elo of tracked players?
